Ewan Lacey Ewan Lacey has been working in seminars and events since 2001 and has delivered training to big business and small - clients include Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Sony as well as some less well known, but excellent small and medium sized enterprises.

His training always follows what he calls the ‘Highest and Best’ theory of success: finding ways to optimize the business so that it will run at its Highest and be at its Best.

The key is to strike the proper balance between, on the one hand, assisting the owner and manager in their ability to reclaim and discover the business’s ability to grow and on the other hand, being there to provide hands-on expertise and encouragement which is transformational to all involved.

If you feel that you want to increase the size of your sales and profits and reduce the time it takes for clients to come to you and come again, then he can show you how.
